WordPress Theme: Monotone

Made especially for WordPress.com photoblogs, Monotone is a unique theme that matches its color with the first photograph in each blog post.
Monotone takes the first image attached to a post and samples colors from it for use in the surrounding layout. The result is a customized beautiful photo blogging theme for all WP.com users.
Those who are dying to use this theme on self-hosted WordPress blogs will need to wait since theme author, Noel Jackson, says it will be available to the public “pretty soon”. But you can access the theme files through SVN.
Pinoy WordPress Theme: Mag On Wood

Mag On Wood is a 3-column, magazine-style WordPress Theme with a wood background. It supports widgets and various ad dimensions. This is the second time we’ve featured a theme by ChiQ Montes here on WordPress Philippines.
Pinoy WordPress Theme: Coffee Prince

Coffee Prince is a 2-column WordPress theme inspired by the Korean drama of the same name. It’s very girly and makes use of pixelated graphical elements overflowing with kawaii-ness (cuteness).
This theme was designed by Alyssa Bithao, also known as Ayei, of Kawaii Feenque. You can check out her other equally kawaii themes in her free WordPress themes page.
FreshPress

FreshPress is a light, 3-column WordPress theme inspired by the new WordPress 2.5 administration interface.
The theme features a “Featured” article on the main blog homepage, along with showing more featured articles next to it. You can customize the theme to your delight and use it on as many blogs as you desire.
While this theme is completely free, the makers (FreshPress Themes/Weborithm) would like the footer credit link to stay intact, or have it removed for a donation of $5.00.

Pinoy WordPress Theme: Zine Style

Zine Style, as the name suggests, is a magazine-style WordPress theme by ChiQ Montes.
It’s my first time to Release a Magazine Style Wordpress Theme, and no this isn’t a premium theme at all. You get to download it for free. This theme has a lot of room for content mainly because its design is subtle yet effective on the eyes.
It follows the look of most premium magazine themes out there, which is a very “in” trend and proves WordPress be useful for more than just blogging.
Pinoy WordPress Theme: Midnight Makoy

Midnight Makoy is a dark, 3-column WordPress theme by Yan of FubarGenre.
Midnight Makoy started as an alternative design for the Himantayon Pro theme, which I created for Himantayon.com back in August. I used more or less the same design elements as in Himantayon Pro, but with an entirely different color scheme. Here’s hoping you’d like it.
It uses a blue and dark gray color scheme and supports the Gravatar and Pagenavi plugins. Download and preview the theme here.
Three Truly Unique Themes
I’ve come across three unique themes for WordPress a few days ago. Turn your blog into Twitter, a contact manager, or even a “coming soon” page before your site actually launches.
These aren’t Pinoy made but they’re definitely worth checking out. Malay n’yo, you might actually find them useful!
Pinoy WordPress Theme: Wowza - World of Warcraft WordPress Theme

Wowza is a free World of Warcraft inspired WordPress theme by Kevin Codamon, a Filipino problogger and the editor in chief of Level Up! Games Philippines.
The theme has 3 columns, a customizable header, widgets support, and of course, fancy images revolving around the World of Warcraft.
You can download and preview the theme here. Looking forward to the Starcraft 2 theme!
Pinoy WordPress Theme: Tiffany Blue

Tiffany Blue is a theme for WordPress created by Filipino designer Ia Lucero, inspired by the official color of Tiffany & Co.
It started with the color I wanted to paint the walls of my room with. Of course I wanted blue. But something not too blue. I ended up choosing a very icy aquamarine (as noted by the man who did the painting), but continued to be fascinated by the remote regions of cyan.
Then I discovered Tiffany Blue and its reputation of all things luxurious and romantic. It is Tiffany & Co.’s official color (Pantone Matching System number 1837, the founding year of the company!), whose petite boxes contain strands of silver and drops of diamonds. Though for me, having the cute boxes would be enough.
Tiffany Blue is a runner up in the Sandbox theme design competition held a few months back. You can check out a live preview via sndbox.org’s theme switcher (select Tiffany Blue from the dropdown box). You can download the theme here.
